Is there an installation fee for TIME Fibre Business?
Standard installation is FREE for all 24-month contract plans. This includes up to 20 meters of fiber cabling from the building’s point of entry to your office. For non-standard installations (such as drilling, ceiling work, or cabling exceeding 20 meters), additional charges from the installer may apply. If you opt for a 0-month (no contract) or 12-month plan, a one-time charge usually applies.
Can I use TIME Fibre if I currently have a contract with another provider?
Yes, you can switch to TIME Fibre at any time. However, we recommend checking your current provider’s contract for any early termination fees. Many businesses choose to set up their TIME Fibre connection first to ensure zero downtime before canceling their old service.
